Underlying Messages are not Supposed to be Changed

Well recently I just wrote a new song, and I auditioned to perform it at my school. The audition went well, in fact I'm actually going to perform. The thing that is pissing me off though is that they are asking me to change one line of lyrics for the performance. You might be saying "No big deal, just change the friggin' lyrics". I would change the lyrics, but they are asking me to change the heavy hitter line of my song. I am not saying any curse words, but I did say "sex" in the context of "they just use it to have sex and get some booze". They are acting like if Hannah Montana started cursing in her (terrible) music. What is even more ridiculous is that they said to change "sex" to intimate fantasies. Oh yeah, I will definitely change a one syllable word to a six syllable phrase. Leave your comments and opinions.
G-Ray out.

Stupid Censorship, that would really wack up your song, i mean they shouldn't be alowed to do that

Seriously, they really shouldn't change it just because I mentioned a harsh truth. That word was put there for a reason, not for laughs.
